Great customer service..Good buffet breakfast. Good cheap Taco stand literally next door 5 tacos for 50 pesos And easy access for Uber. 😀
Areas for improvement:
I can't think of anything but bring more shampoo and conditioner and soap if you are staying a while.

Good located near zona rosa and night clubs, public transportation
Areas for improvement:
Weak internet signal/connection. Dusty due some hotel renovations, not really outlets to charge phones in the room. No A/C

Location, amenities, safety, friendly staff, restaurant on premises with a great breakfast buffet. Whenever I travel to Mexico City, this is the best option for me.
Areas for improvement:
There is very little to dislike about this hotel. I always enjoy my stays there. The staff are always kind and welcoming. They make you always feel at home.
